Northwest Aviation Center needs Leasebacks!
But first, what's in
it for you? Several things.
1) Check out
this
reprint from AeroNews.net
that talks about the tax incentives for aircraft purchases.
2) How cool is it flying your own plane and not
having to worry about maintenance. Our leaseback says that
we will maintain your plane with out cost to you in most cases.
3) The
leaseback contributes to paying the costs of ongoing airplane
ownership and has the potential for some profit in the owner’s
pocket as well.
Here are the planes we are looking for right now.
Cherokee 140 - must be 1970 or later, IFR equipped and
certified. Equipped to me means: At least two Digital
flip-flop 720 channel nav/com with glide slope receiver and
indicator, ADF and/or DME, audio panel with (or stand alone)
marker beacons, mode "C" Transponder. Better would be a
GNS430W, and a second 720 nav/com.
Next,
we want to expand the options that you the customer have to
choose from. We need to get a Cessna 172 on leaseback.
Same thing, it must be IFR equipped as above, and at least an
"M" or later model. So no earlier than 1973.

We
also need to increase the plane we use in our scenic flights
(air tours) and put to work a Cherokee Six (PA32-300.)
Same as above minimum IFR. We would also use this plane
for our high performance endorsements and rental to those of you
with larger families. Like the 140, this needs to be 1970
or later.
And
finally, we really need a twin for training. A Piper
Seminole (PA-44-180) would be perfect, but truth be known we'll
take anything that our insurance company will insure. Of
course, it must be IFR equipped and certified.
